Return & Refund Policy

At In Any Event Floral & Gift Boutique, many of the items we offer are unique, limited-quantity, seasonal, vintage, or one-of-a-kind pieces. Because we often have only one or a very limited number of each item available, all sales are considered final and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colors, and other available information before completing a purchase.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

All clearance, discounted final-sale, and specially marked final-sale merchandise is final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund due to change of mind, preference, sizing, or other buyer-related reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that occasionally an item may be damaged during shipping or an incorrect item may be received.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact In Any Event Floral & Gift Boutique within 3 business days of delivery. Please keep the original item and packaging and provide photographs of the item and shipping materials so that we can review the issue.

When appropriate, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, an identical replacement may not always be available.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items

Some of our merchandise is vintage, antique, estate-sale sourced, handcrafted, or otherwise unique. These items may naturally show variations, age, patina, minor imperfections, or signs of previous use. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of the item and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, preference, incorrect size selection, or other buyer-related reasons.

Final Sale

Unless an item qualifies under the damaged or incorrect item provisions above, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
