This form will give us all of the details that we need to create a unique and beautiful design to match your attire for the dance.
Your corsage and/or boutonniere will be designed to match your dress/suit description and photos provided. You will be able to add any specifications and/or details in the Additional Information section below.
The starting price for each piece are as follows (these prices are before taxes):
Corsage: $23.50
Mini Bouquet: $40.00
Bout: $15.50
You will customize your piece by selecting additional options below. Each option has a price, which will be added to the starting price above.
